Return and Shipping Policy

In order to ensure a good experience every time you purchase from us, it’s important for you to understand what pieces are returnable and what pieces are not returnable before you purchase.

Pieces that are available for immediate delivery may be returned within ten days of original purchase date for exchange, or refund minus 5% to cover our payment processing expense.
If your return is postmarked ten days or more after you receive your item, you will receive in-store credit toward your next purchase instead of a refund. This credit will expire one year after the date of issue. Please do not wear any piece you have decided to return. If we receive a return that exhibits wear or other damage, you will be assessed repair charges. In the event of a return, shipping charges are not refundable.

Special orders are not returnable
A special order is any piece you order that is not currently in our inventory. In this case, the piece is made just for you. A ring that is changed to a finger size that you specify is considered a special order, and is not returnable.

Delivery time: When Can I Have It?
Purchases of in-stock pieces that are made by noon EST Monday through Friday will be shipped that day and weekend orders will be shipped the next business day. Insured shipping and handling for items up to $25,000 is $30. Items over $25,000 may take longer and cost more. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery time for special orders depends on how much is on the benches at Alex’s shop, but four to six weeks is average. When your order enters the queue, we will make sure you know when it is expected to be finished. Once it’s ready to ship, we’ll call you to make sure you’ll be home to receive it. We can also have it held at your local post office if that would be more convenient.
